Pair of red fox kits

I spotted a red fox several days ago very close to my house and found out there were four kits. I sat in my truck about 50 yds away this evening to see if I could catch them. I caught two. These are pretty good crops and were shot at ISO 3200. I plan to set up the 70D close on a tripod at eye level and shoot remotely with dslr controller. Hope I can get some better ones. Good pics. The fox population is starting to increase in my area. For years we did not see any, but as of the last couple of years they are starting to show up. I really like to see them, as I think they are really pretty, and fun to watch.

That's great. I've only seen one red fox in my life, and that was a couple weeks ago southwest of Nacogdoches. Tricky to catch the kits playing!

Casey not in the evening. I was a little surprised they didn't roam far from the end of the culvert. I am going to be carrying the camera on my morning walks though and if they show could get them then.
