Shane it's not a static light, you have to move the light all over the place in order to not over-expose. In other words, I had my light dancing all over the place, with the brighter areas simply getting more light than the others (total accumlation during the exposure). This is my first attempt and I learned a lot and I feel I can go with less exposure time. I over cooked the turkey head slightly and I know I can lower the exposure way more. I plan to experiment with different colored light to see if I can push light effects as well.
