Anybody have one of these or used one? Just used my Best Western Rewards points on it. Seems like a nice camera, especially for free (my points come from hotel stays with work

Its a good camera for the price. I have the SX50 which is basically the same thing except with the 50x optical zoom versus the 30x, and the SX500 has high mega pixels. Any Canon camera you're pretty safe with. The only complaint I have is when you play back your video you can sometimes hear zooming in and out noise which is the negative in my opinion (it does that on SX50, not sure about on the 500).Comment
