I just dropped the hammer on a 2.8 17-50 Macro zoom lens. It was time and I needed a walk-around lens that can hover close.... with a hood for the hood.

Now shopping for a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM sliding barrel zoom lens. Hope the 1.4 Tele will pan out, reviews are looking fine there, and I know a little tweaking will be in order IRT f stops.

Sure wished I could justify the expense for more now but...over time I will get there.

The sunken tea gardens in SA. Love it there ! being that I design and install koi ponds.. that place has always been one of my fav hangouts ;0 I miss the good ole' days before the revamp when every inch of that place was covered with koi and goldies. Good times ; ) Great pics BTW ! ~ c
