Can someone lighten and add more color to this picture. I don't have a picture editor and was wondering if it was even possible.

Hard to know what you're looking for. Tried to keep some sky color by using fill flash first and then overall increase lighting second.

CRC-flickr is free and has software to do stuff like this at no cost. Just have to register and download your pics there.
