These pics are just from the back side of the property. Going to prowl around the front half Monday.

It looks like this, just in case you're wondering:

Actually I jumped a total of 12 different deer bedded down around the creek area. All I was ever to see of them though was their flagging tails. And I had my camera in its bag of course.

Has it been hunted before? Got houses close by? If I were you I'd be checking on that property all through deer season!

Can't see a house but on the very back of the property and they are the ones that are on Randolph Air Force Base. One house had a feeder in the yard and there were 2 doe eating at it.

It has been hunted before just not sure how long its been since it was hunted. There are several old blinds and feeders on the property, on the front half. Nothing hunting related on the back half and thats were I saw all the deer.

with the houses around there, it is probably hunted regularly

That old truck looks like one my uncle has in Indiana. Put 300 bushels of corn in the back and take it down a 1 1/2 lane road with 3' deep bar ditches on each side and it would bring back memories from when I was 16 years old.

Nice looking place Jason......You should take a fishing pole with you tomorrow and see if there are any fish in the creek....

Not going back there until Monday Will. Have to go to Poteet in the morning to pick up a radiator for my tractor then I am headed to Rising Star about noon tomorrow. I thought about taking a fishing pole and trying those deeper holes but I watched them for along time and didn't see any activity in them other than minnows.

Nice pics Jason. I too like the truck and the house. Looks like a great house for a deer camp.
