    camera difficulties

I have a Canon EOS and have used it very little. I have noticed that the rare times I do use it, it now flashes a "BuSY" when I try to take a picture. Not all the time but the majority. What is this? I do not have the mauals anymore so I have done some research online and maybe has something to do with the flash. When "BuSY" appears it seems like I get a series of flashes similar to a red eye setting but that setting is turned off. Whats up with this thing? I do not know of any camera shops to take it to around me.

Maybe your SD card is slow writing the data to the card? Maybe try a different SD card?

Either the flash is recharging or your memory card is a slower card that takes longer to write too. Also, if your camera's internal buffer has filled up and it is busy writing to the memory card after continuous shooting, it could cause your "busy" signal to come on.
