I am looking for a good editing software. Something where I can add signature and good editing. Any suggestions?

Depends on your price point, and how far into editing you want to get. As stated above Lightroom 3 is awesome and well worth the $$ IMHO, if you don't care to spend that much Adobe Photoshop Elements can be picked up for less than $60, and on the free end of the spectrum there is always GIMP which can do just about everything.
