First time seeing a ring around the sun like that. Looked like a rainbow and completely encircled the sun. Couldn't capture it all with the phone though.

Its called a halo. i saw one today... in july i took pics of two complete halos around the sun. that was first time i had ever seen that. if i find em ill post em up here... nice pics though
