D90 users question

What kind of software do you use to work on your photos? Some software can't process NEF files.
When I'm shooting sports, I shoot JPEG fine in order to get the highest frame rate. For everything else, I shoot NEF(RAW).

Adobe photoshop elements 8. Dont have a clue if its worth a s.

I shoot JPEG fine. That is all I have ever shot with my D90

Jpeg norm most of the time...

I shoot in RAW, then process them into a jpeg on my computer.

If you are just starting out, I recommend shooting in Jpeg fine

Jpeg fine for now. Photoshop elements 8 is good and also has a RAW processor that is easy to use. RAW lets you mess with them a little more, if you start getting into that. If you start messing with HDR stuff, then RAW is really neat. If you don't need the RAW image, it will only take up space and time for you. That said, I sure with I had the original RAW photos of some of the stuff I took a long time ago. I think I could make something of some of them...
