Ok for all you serious amatuer and pro photo guys, I have a DOF question p ertaining to HD VIDEO. I have a Canon HV30 HD Mini DV camera and would like to dabble in CINEMODE w/24p. So I want the real "FILM" look but will I get close with a video telephoto lens and playing with the aperature setting or will I absolutely have to buy a 35mm adapter and buy a manual 35mm tele lens? Ive heard both side say it will work but was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this?
