A few bluebonnets

Finally had a chance to get out with the camera today. It was overcast and drizzly all day, so the light wasn't good, but you go with what you can get I guess. We were a little rushed too. I hope to get back out with more time and better light this week while the bluebonnets are peaked out and freshly watered.

Yeah, they're about ready to start stripping cotton in the valley by now, but we're just getting the flowers going good here.

It has been a later start than normal this year. Finally had a real winter.

Looking good Shane. I already miss the Big Country during spring. Not missing the commute though Up here in the desert high plains, we don't have pretty flowers like that, except what comes from Holland Gardens or Sparkman's nursery
