camera comparison

My SIL is looking to buy a new camera and she really likes her film cannon rebel but would like to get a digital rebel. she found two and was wondering what the differences were besides megapixels and price. any help would be appreciated.

T1i is the latest version of the Digital Rebel. It has a few more bells and whistles than the Xsi, including the ability to take full HD video. Autofocus probably doesn't work with video of moving subjects, but it would still be cool for a lot of situations. T1i is supposed to have a better high ISO capability with the new DIGIC 4 processor. That would be a biggie for me. I'd get the T1i over the Xsi if money wasn't an issue.
