I don't know if the folks sell them or not Steven. Thanks for the comment.

How long have they been closed up? I don't remember it ever being open in the 15 years I've lived this direction.

I am not 100% sure Bill... I know when I was in school I worked summers, bailing/ hauling hay, working cows, etc.... Thats where everyone went for lunch!!!!

I know it was still open in 89-90, about the time I left..... Not sure after that, I moved away and haven't spent a ton of time up there... Just go up to visit the inlaws!!!!

Nice, Bill. It's sad to think that most of the old feed stores that were once the main meeting place for a community are gone, as are most of the communities too. Brings back memories. Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see Dime Box on the Green Screen, what no pics of Barefoot's Grocery & Jake's BBQ. Barefoot's has some of the best sandwiches you'll ever eat and if you're ever through there on Sunday mornings stop at Jakes for some BBQ, you won't be disappointed.

Nice old building for sure. We didn't get here until '94.

It is indeed sad IMO Shane. If walls could talk in these old structures.

Dustin I didn't realize y'all lived this way. We had to go to Austin yesterday morning and were on our way home. I have never turned down the road to go there off 21 and decided to see what kind of photo ops might be there.

Thanks Gary, will have to go back now thanks to your suggestions on photo ops and groceries.
