Wow, what a roller coaster ride we went on during this hunt. Sure did think I’d lost this first deer. Thank goodness for great dogs and a great handler.

First is the bigger deer(149 3/8”) that the dogs had to find for me. Who would have thought that shot wasn’t all that great?

Second deer was an effort to get a cape for the first deer being lost to the coyotes. This one was a lot less of a chore. Lol!
