Appreciate the blood trailing instead of just showing up on a dead deer. Great video!!!

As always, an enjoyable video to watch.

                        Congrats....

I didn't study that buck to hard but he looked good. Is he on the pass list for this year?

It's a Panasonic HDC-TM700K HD camcorder that records onto SD cards. The model I have is discontinued and cost $765 in 2010. I haven't kept up with the current models offered, but I'm sure you can find one that's just as good or better.

The tripod is a Velbon DF-60. More than likely, that particular model is discontinued as well. But it was around $75 in 2012.

I also use an external microphone... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...rch_detailpage

It's mounted on the outside of the blind like so....

Thank you! I always debate over best content and how much to include, so I am thankful for your feedback. I usually end up trying to cut footage because I know that shorter videos are more likely to hold people's attention and actually get watched. One of the hardest things about video editing is finding the line between including too little and including too much.

Yes. I have about four or five bucks in that caliber coming to my feeders that I'd really love to see live another year or two. It is definitely hard to pass on them because the neighboring properties don't practice much restraint. But we're doing what we can to take it up a notch and we're starting to see some of our efforts pay off.
