This morning I got my first Bowkill(big game...ive killed plenty of varmints). This is going to be my 5th season bowhunting and Ive only flung an arrow one time in that time period. ITs been a long time coming! We have kind of a double edged sword on my lease in East TX. At some point a lot of domesticated pigs got released so we have a lot of cross breeds running around for target practice. So, I was heading up to the lease to finish up the food plots and saw the impending "cool front" that was coming down. Timed it perfectly and Sunday morning had a group of about 15 come into my feeder. Put a great shot on an 80 lb boar. I was wanting to shoot the Reddish brown one with the gray legs, but this one decided to stand broadside at 15 yards a little too long. He ran abt 40 yards and crashed. Extremely happy. Ive been working at this a long time. It was especially satisfying to get it on camera. I love my action camera. I filmed several Wadefishing/Kayak fishing excursions earlier this year. If you are into that check them out on my youtube channel(blzn04). So, dont criticize my video too much. Its my first time! lol. I did a little post shot interview that is a little low volume but you can hear it on a computer but when i pulled it up on the TV the backround noise kind of drowns it out. Oh. Well I think it turned out pretty good. Enjoy!
