It's more than likely a facebook privacy/permissions setting issue. You can see it when you're logged into FB because it's either your own video or that of one of your FB friends. We can't see it because we're either not logged into FB or are not their FB friend. If it's your own video, you might try setting the permissions setting to "public."

Edit: Just as a little experiment to test this theory, here is a link to one of my FB videos that I've just changed to "public"....
