Tech Question Re: Slo Mo FPS

Anyone know what FPS it takes to accomplish this result in such a clear view of each component of the arrow all the way to impact. I’m sure there are other camera specs I would need to know paired with the FPS. Any camera tech gurus on here that know for certain?
