    Drop Down Doe

My doe kill from December 12, 2010...

The arrow didn't end up where I'd planned, but all's well that ends well. Before the shot, her back is lined up with the top of the light colored grass in the background and you can use it to judge how far she dropped.

Congrats David. Doe's are wired as heck anyway and when one picks you off on the draw you know they will come unwound on the shot. Congrats on getting her on the ground.

Same thing happened to me during bow season, only she ducked so good I shot over her back and killed a rock. They are quick!
