I hope you get the guy that is poaching on your lease. There is nothing worse than a poacher, well maybe a child molester, but the thing is I don't think you will be able to prove who he is by this picture.
I have a good friend that by looking at the picture I would swear it was him. I e-mailed him the picture and he even thought it was him except he's never been to San Angelo and he doesn't have a vest like the one in the picture. Plus he doesn't trespass or poach. He said that's pretty scary that there is a picture on the Internet of a poacher that looks that much like himself.
You may try taking it somewhere to see if you can get it cleared a little before posting it anywhere after you've talked to the landowner.

I take a lot of friends to my place and I always let my lesee know... I've invited people.. even TBH'ers to hog hunt several times and always let him know even though is MY land, it's called manners and ethics. Also, I have my guests shoot bows and never guns so they don't spook deer. Also I don't allow any deer hunting or the use or damage of feeders, trailcams and stands of my lesee... every single landowner knows this and no matter what, you should always play it nice with your people. That guy didn't want to be seen and that's why he continued to eliminate the evidences... GUILTY!
Good luck finding him! I support the newspaper add idea...

The landowner will handle this I bet, after all would you like people walking around on your place without permission?I bet he will be watching a lot closer.
Has the landowner lost any equipment? The items being stolen, doesn't sound like it would be kin folk, and if the landowner gave them permission they wouldn't steal your stuff, now would they?you have poachers and thieves visiting you.I would suggest maybe taking a look at the places of access to your property, neighbors fence lines and such, gates on highways, do you have oil wells on your ranch? if so maybe it's a oil company employee. they know when you are there, and have legal tresspass rights.

The landowner called us wanting the picture. He was wound up. There's a few people that he has in mind that could be stealing our stuff and killing our deer and he WANTS them.
My brother sent the pic and I talked to the landowner. He told me after he saw the pic, he'd get back with me and decide what to do. Well, he called the next day and told us it was his **** brother-in-law. Said he lives in Dallas and didn't know the place was leased. He was in there without permission. He assured us it wasn't him hunting deer and stealing our stuff and that he would make sure it didn't happen again. He also told us to keep the cameras going and when we caught someone, send him the pics. He wants to catch them very badly. When we catch the thieves, he'll do whatever he can to punish them. I told him I had all kinds of volunteers from SA to help catch and prosecute. So, the cameras will be working overtime. When, not if, we catch someone in there, he'll help us. He's adamant about that place being ONLY for us.
So, we don't get to nail the poacher, but we'll put the SA poacher brigade on hold until we catch someone we CAN nail.
