BTW tuthdoc, they had a small tornado down near Mertzon last night. Just to the west of town and it was headed toward Arden. Don't know where you're located, but I hope all's okay with your stuff.

Maybe it is an excuse...."uh, my pointer got through/over/under the fence and I am just looking for him"....

Who knows. My only advice would be to be careful who you show the picture to. SA isnt the biggest town around and if he catches wind that the heat is on he may get rid of or atleast move any evidence. Good luck and keep us posted.

Yeah, we have a few quail, but there's not enough to wander around and hunt. I'm putting my hopes on the landowner recognizing him. If he does, then we'll have to see what action he'll take. I do appreciate all the help and concerns. I'm REALLY ticked. The good thing is that this little bit of evidence he CANNOT get rid of. We may not solve anything with our deer or our gear, but maybe we can hurt his pocket book and make him, and others like him, think before they cross a fence. In the day of felony trespass and cameras, you'd think it'll at least slow it down.

On a serious note. You should try (if possible) hiding your vehicles when you hunt. That way he wont know if your there.

I can promise you this, He either live close by or he's on a lease...has permission on property close by...FOR SURE. Your land owner is the key. If he doesn't know him start checking neighbors...Make a real big stink about it. It'll get back to him. Post his picture all over town and let em know how you feel about it. He's a grown man so at least he might think twice before coming back. To bad this aint CSI Texas or you'd find a peice of material at the scene and it would have DNA on it. We'd have em by noon today...lol

Yeah, Losthawg, I had planned on staying last night and shooting one of the 3 remaining pigs messing with my feeder, but the weather reports kind of scared me off of that. From our 7 years in the area, May can be a scarey month, weatherwise.

This is the kind of stuff that just infuriates me. I don't understand how people can be this way... We knew this was going on, and this pic confirms our thoughts, but the sight of that guy walking through our lease with a gun, just ticks me off!!!

We'll get this guy, that community is too small, somebody knows him!!! There are so many cameras out on our place, Tuthdoc said it would be just a matter of time before they screwed up and got caught. Well that time is here...

I really hope our landowner recognizes the guy, and he can put an end to it.
