59 North from Humble to Lufkin - Open?

Is 59 North from Houston to Nacagdoches open? Going to try and leave tomorrow to see my dad on Toledo Bend. Also Toledo Bend is at 173.6. 1.5' above pool. All gates open.

Not today. I think they are planning on reopening it tonight. But just keep an eye on the news channel

In Humble right now. I have been told service road is open North and South but have not been able to confirm that.

My buddy lives in Shepherd and drove 59 all the way in this morning. It is open in Cleveland
