Cottonseed 1-Ton Sacks

Has anyone every seen the 1-ton sacks of cottonseed? I heard they were found at a gin on the west side of San Antonio. I live in San Antonio and am not aware of any cotton gins around here. I've only found the 50-lb bags of Speer Ag cottonseed at local feed stores.

We bought 12 sacks like that in sinton tx for 120 dollars a ton or 120 dollars a sack

You can get them in edroy south of Mathis. I believe those sacks are only 1000 lbs though.

Yes. Hazendorf in Edroy has them. But they are 1000# sacks.

That is a great price. Anybody know of a pea supplier in the Haskell/Stonewall county area, that sells bulk?

Dang cottonseed has gone through the roof this year. I know the bag price is higher than bulk for convenience but dang thats high.

We as deer hunters in no small part have sure driven that market in some of these rural areas.
