I first disced it up then disced in lime that day. Waited a couple weeks till some rain was in the forecast and lightly disced it again broadcasted seed and fertilizer then made two passes with my homemade drag. Rained the next day and the rest you see in the photos

Update.
Still looking thin even though it took off after some rain we had about 2 weeks ago.
Hoping for more now that temperatures are hitting ±100°.
