Help age this deer

I got a pic of this buck on my camera for the last 2 days. I sent these pics to a few buddies and we all have different opinions, so I would like the green screen to help settle the debate.

How old is he?

So I guess when they were arguing if he was 2 or 3 they were a little off? Yeah I thought 4 myself but I'm no expert.

I just moved to this piece of land in Maypearl and it's good to know there are some deer here.

I would have said 2 but he had a bit too much belly.

Aging deer is subjective but I don't see anything that makes me think more than 3.

That's why I wanted to hear what everyone else said. I know he's at least 3 because my neighbor about a half mile away has a pic of him from December and he's way to big to be a yearling in that photo

4.5 - could be a 3yo though.

Bottom of neck comes out of the brisket, not halfway up the front shoulder. Starting to get a pot belly. Little bit of a Roman nose. Slight sway in his back. Blocky head. Skin under jaw looks like it is starting to sag just a little bit.

He's not puffed up in the rut yet, but I think he's 5. In a few weeks, he'll swell up and look a little older than he does in these slicked off summertime skinny pics.
