heck of a jump for a spike

One of the better 2 yo we have seen in awhile on our place, and surprised it came from a spike. I'm pretty sure its the same deer but not 100%

What makes you think it's the same deer?

I am not doubting that you know your deer, but...X3?

It's got 4 legs and a tail, white belly and black on all 4 hoves. It's got to be the same one.

          Just joking, could be.

It certainly looks like the same deer. Quite a jump.
Just in case I always let spikes go another year.
Can't wait to see him next year!

Same question as the others, curious what you are looking at that identifies the 2 as the same

Pretty hard to tell if it is or not, but I wouldn't rule it out

Looks like both have the same white spot above the nose.
                      Would agree it's same deer

Im guessing mostly off similar markings on the face and legs, like they both have a white dot on both sides of their face in the same spots

The two deer above have the same white dot but the white/brown around the black nose is quite different

I think that white will come through more once the summer coat comes off, you can see more white in the other pictures when the lighting is better

                              Thanks for clarifying

If it is the same deer he made a big jump
