It's something that everyone has to deal with every now and then. It annoys the **** out of me when it happens but at the end of the day there's nothing I can do about it. I've been on leases where it has happened and now I'm hunting a family place and someone next door placed a feeder that is pretty much tied to the fence line but I'm not gonna spend thousands of dollars on a higher fence just because a guy has a feeder by it.

Nothing you can do about his stand placement, but, if they shoot a deer on your side or follow one over your fenceline then you have him on multiple counts. The best thing is photographic evidence, the GW will run with that. Put a feeder on your side with a camera on it, give him what he wants. After he is implicated in illegal hunting, his so called guide services will be GONE!

Guys, everyone is missing the point. The guy showed me on a map that he was hunting my field the first time we met and before he knew it was mine. I don't care about someone hunting our mutual fence line, i have a guy on the other side of the same property with a pop up and a huge corn pile 10 ft from my fence. Guess what I dont care. This dude is having his hunters come in and shoot deer on my creek and wheat field while charging for it!! I didn't ask for an opinion on whether he was doing it or not, just showing an example of what some crappy people will do.

I like the dead hog idea! Or stand a mannequin up right close to his tripod!
