Time to start riding the 4 wheeler around the perimeter in the mornings and the evenings. You know, "just checking the fence". A lot!!!!

Stake a game camera on your side of the fence pointed at his stand. Make it obvious. Put another game watching the first game cameras in a concealed location. If the first one doesn't keep him on his side, the second one will catch him trespassing to take the first one. Then you can call the GW.

Do you have a camera watching that fence line? If they do shoot something on your side they're going to have to cross the fence to get it. I'd be tempted to set another camera pointing up towards the seat just to prove which way they're looking when in that stand.

              A couple things:

The camo on that side means nothing. Camo in front is just as important as camo behind you. The reality is that camo job is just plain sad.

the chair direction is also meaningless. My chair faces the direction that give me the best hand hold at the time.

Deer do walk fence lines/tree lines. If he is gun hunting that tree line you see in the background, then that is probably a good spot for that. Looks like a solid 100 yards away and sort of in the natural perpendicular line.

So... while it looks suspicious, he may or may not be hunting your property... it is just the best spot to gun hunt that tree line in the distance. Since he makes it so easy to find him and talk to him without trespassing, drive up and ask him

How big is the property that tripod is on?

This ^^^^ , but until they cross or shoot on your side they haven't legally done anything wrong . You just can't legislate good manners or common sense .

Solar powered strobe and siren. Should take care of it.

Yea, sure, he has a 650 acre barren pasture with no other stands or feeders and puts his tripod right next to my wheat field and creek that's loaded with deer. Just to hunt a tree line that just leads to more open pasture and is 500 yrds from wheat or creek. Also he put it in the closest spot to his gate that he could clear the trees and still see the wheat field. But the best part is the guy is a wanna be outfitter and showed me a map of his dirt he has before he knew who I was, and my wheat field was on his map. Just told me he didn't hunt it, was just on the map.

Put up a plywood board to block his view.

Well... there is the rest of the story!

I guess I am having a hard time visualizing based on one picture. If that tree line 100 yards away is a small bottom and the feild behind it is his... I could see how his rifle hunting it.

When you hunt spots, I look at what might be drawing deer around... even if off property. I would do my best to stay off a fence, but if that is the only cover then.... i dunno... probably would call it a bad place because neighbor issues

I hunt a path that is 150 yards inside a property line, but that path leads to a tank 150 yards inside a neighboring property... him pointing out a wheat feild doesn't mean he is taking shots inside it. Am I hunting the neighbors resources? Sort of... but they do come on my side for a reason.

Also know another spot where the neighbors hunt our tank in a similar fashion (funny what google earth shows you.)

Now... if they don't go over... then I see your point. Just cant tell that from your pic.

BTW... all my tripod steps face my shooting lane and I camo my back rail.

Shoot about a half dozen hogs and drop them next to the stand on your side of the fence

Your fence looks a little weak to keep your cows from escaping. Ever consider an electric fence?
