RRC Age and score

This deer showed up and I think he is 5.5 yrs old and around 130-140. I am new to scoring deer. What you think?

I think you are low on score from what I can tell from the pics. I get that buck closer to 150 including the kickers. Good beams, good tine length, looks like he is 16-17 wide.

The first question I always think of is what area is that buck from. The second thing I think of is based on the pics you're getting would you mount that deer. Just my way of thinking I guess as far would I shoot it or let it walk. Obviously I wouldn't want to shoot a 3 1/2 year old. If I saw that deer in most areas of Texas if think 4 1/2 but if I were in Oklahoma then I'd think 3 1/2 or so. If he's in a large genetic area then he would look young. Central Texas I'd say he's a mature shooter. Hard to tell by pics alone!

Pics aren't great but I see mid 40's and 4.5 or 5.5, again, pics aren't great so its hard to tell. if you can, try to upload them from the chip instead of taking pic of the computer screen.
