Does "Mr. Twister" make AR???

This is a really cool buck i named Mr. Twister. First time Ive seen him so these are the only pics I have. No good ones to guess age but feel free to give it a guess.

Hes a MF 10 with double Split Brows so 12 total
I got his name by how his rack looks twisted. Right MB Higher than left MB

Cool rack and awesome mass...Im just not sure he makes AR

Looks VERY similar to a buck I killed last year up here in Arkansas. He was 14 inside and was a big deer. Pending this buck's body size, I'd say he'll be really close!
