Is this the same deer? [w/ and w/o velvet]

This guy in velvet has been been a regular at my feeder the last month. I got pictures of this hard horned buck on the day before I pulled the card. I know it's not the best picture quality, but what do y'all think? Enough info to make a call?

Yes look at his right antler in th last two pictures. Almost identical poses. You can clearly see the crab claw at the end looks the same in both pictures.
