I have my own thoughts. No history with this deer unless he's one of the million 15" 8pts that grew up a little.

Head Scratcher - Hard to tell with just 2 night pics
Looks mature to post mature because:
His brisket appears to be sagging below his belly which is also sagging a bit.
Hip and shoulder bones are poking at the edge of his hide
Looks younger because:
Legs look long in relation to his torso
Chest is not as full compared to hindquarters
My guess is 4.5 but maybe older.

On the low end guess, I might even say 2.5. His skeletal frame makes a "square" instead of a rectangle (connecting the dots from front hoof to shoulder, to hip, down to rear hoof and back). Would expect a post mature deer to have a rectangular frame, even if he is a bony lightweight. Those are some fairly long legs he's sporting, it seems...
