    whack... if he had the mass on his horn he did on his gut then he would be a great deer... now he is really good but i'm not going crazy over him

      Was this deer an 11 or 12 last year TUCO?

      I seem to remember him being better as a 4 year old... but it may be the other deer we have with this shape that I am thinking of... that one is like W side W... that you took pics of last year at 6-way in the road right in front of blind.

            I am not sure which one he is.

            I could not match him up with any of the bucks from 6 way.....

                I am letting him walk, I get the sneaking feeling he is a 4 year in a drought recovery spot.
                Even if he is 5 this year, he could bounce back and add some mass. He has the classic short south texas G2's, nice wide rack with potential to add mass and make a fine trophy buck.

                If I am wrong, then 1 buck here or there aint gonna upset the ecosystem.

                    If not then I would let him go as he does not look mature to me - Looks like a 4yr old chowhound - still even has the lanky front legged look to him in the first picture
