    Food plots

    I have 2 new pipelines on my lease. The workers should be out be out by September. What would be best to plant?

      If it was in the ROW easement for them to overseed I would check with them to see if they are planting it in grass or a cover crop. LO might not want you planting over it if they put native grass seed on it.

        I know one pipeline we asked if they are going to plant and they said no. The landowner said we can put plots anywhere we don't have to cut trees

          Any fall type crop, Winterwheat, Rye, Oats Turnips, Clover and the list goes on.

            Yep. Ordered clover and ground hog radishes today. Will buy grains locally.
