They released a 120 deer in the early 80s if I remember correctly and the land owners had to collectively have x thousand acres and no hunting or leasing for 5 years. Shortly after hunting was allowed there were some very nice bucks killed over the next several years. Over time poaching was occuring which hurt the hunting. There are still some toads out there I am sure but the numbers are low in most places, however there is one area that is doing well and the property owner does not allow hunting of any kind and the deer are fully aware of that fact.

Shot these two and I hit a big boar in the shoulder and broke the arrow off in him day before yesterday. Never did find him.Last edited by wlfhound27; 08-18-2013, 01:26 PM.
