        Looks like a goiter which is normally a thyroid issue. Do deer have thyroids? I don’t know.

        Of course, it could be a snake bite. Has anyone mentioned that?

          " I’d say it’s most likely an abscess caused by an infection. Either from a thorn or getting stabbed by something.They are tough…he will probably be fine"​
