No lease.. it's our land. We have been trying to manage the deer out there for the last 4 years and this is the biggest we have seen so far. There are several bordering properties with hunters... some which are a bit shady... So I would hate to let this dude walk ... right over to there land and be shot over there... especially when we are the ones putting in all the work to build the deer size out there....But then again another year on this deer would be interesting to see...

Tough choice, I'm sure in another year he'd look even better especially if you keep feeding and more rain comes next year. Then again I'd hate to see someone else take him, but that's just how it is..

You'd miss him anyways so you might as well let him at least walk for someone who will be able to hit him..
