how big are these hogs

this one has been cut.
i was just seeing the first one by himself for a couple of weeks, now the cut one joined him. they are the only 2 i have pics of
well how big are they?
hopefully i can get them both monday and tuesday

I think it would take 3 strong men to sling him in the back of a truck....maybe 250? (top pic)
The boat at the bottom looks bigger.

Keep in mind they look much heavier than they really are, I shot one in Feb that I thought was around 250, turned out to be under 180, doesn't matter the smaller ones are better eating
