I'd second Joel's program. You can see pieces of it in various youtube shorts. Also 100% recommend finding Griv's seminars from the ATA shows and Vegas shoots etc... the guy is a full on JEDI master at teaching archery.

AJ’s system isn’t technical at all. In fact I’m not real sure he’s a top level shooter at all. He fixes the problem where it starts… in your brain! I won’t mislabel it for him… but basically it’s hypnosis. I honest to God have absolutely no idea what his audio says after the first 90 seconds. I just know I aim and release without thinking
