Spot Hogg Fast Eddie rotating on 1st axis

After sending 20 or so arrows down range, the fast eddie is rotating clockwise on the first axis. The windage clamp is tight up front so I have no idea what’s causing this issue. Any suggestions?

I don't have mine here so I am going off of memory. Is the screw that holds the housing to the windage shaft tight?

It’s as tight as I think I can get it without stripping head

I looked at mine and it's just one screw that attaches to the body of the sight housing. May be misunderstanding but don't think the windage clamp locks the housing down? I'll see if I can take a picture of mine.

I think it's just the one screw that holds the housing on.
