    Quick Question Bow Size

I am not sure how I never noticed this... but my cousin just got the new v3. I am still shooting my Mathews Creed. His bow is so much bigger than mine. When we put the quivers on my arrows are longer than my bow and his comfortable fit with in the length of his. Am I losing performance by using a smaller bow? I am thinking about moving up to a higher grain arrow for some bigger game hunts. I am assuming my bow can handle that? CONFUSED as this never even crossed my mind and I bought the creed when it came out in 2012...

Wait 20 years. They'll be short again.

Yes your bow can handle heavier arrows. Before you get loopy over your arrows hanging down and his not, if you look closely, his quiver is most likely sitting higher up towards the top limbs. Your quiver may/may not have extra holes for height adjustment. If you have the Mathews HD series quiver on your bow, it can be raised. Did it for my TX-5 and the V3.

Haha... Yes!! And probably back around to upright limbs for something different, backed by, "limb shock improves accuracy." [emoji1787][emoji1787]

You may just have a shorter axel to axel bow and it could even be faster than his.

Also, which V3 does he have? Assuming the 31 if it's longer. Mathews is definitely still making short axle to axle high performing bows. The V3 also comes in a 27 inch a2a model that is even shorter than your Creed, and your Creed is still a totally great bow btw.

Thanks for the responses. I don’t plan to or want to get rid of the Creed.

Went back and reread the OP and it just made me laugh out loud. It’s just wrong on so many levels.
