100 grain inserts for GT?

I have run the GT 100 grain brass inserts for years. Now they quit making them. What are my other options out there? I need to build some more arrows for an upcoming hunt and would like to stay with the same arrow, broadhead weight, and tune.

Ethics makes some as well. I swapped out my brass 100gr for their stainless model.
