Post up the video. Not sure how you can tell the blades were open in flight. I've had a Rage open on me one time. It was the first time I'd ever shot the Extremes and the blades stuck back too far and when I drew back it opened the bottom blade against my rest. That arrow went into orbit. Had I been videoing that one it would have never even entered the camera frame... Good news to that story is I had 5 arrows, and I left with 2 big toms!
