My husband purchased a pair of Irish Setters to wear on a driven pheasant hunt (a lot of walking) he recently went on in South Dakota. He wanted something light-weight, comfortable, and water resistant and they did not disappoint, he reported.
I’m a big fan of my Merrell MOAB mids. Wear em hiking, hunting, around town, etc. A little hot but I do have the waterproof ones. I’m sure the non waterproof are much cooler. Very comfortable.
