Is the 1-3/4” option a happy medium between the 1-3/8 and the 2” OR do the blades seem to become weaker(as stated) as soon as you go over the 1-3/8” size? Thanks

Can't speak for the 1 3/4, but the 1 3/8 are stout. My buddy shot a doe in the shoulder with a 2" whitetail special. Giant hole, but all the blades were trashed. I shot a couple magnum boar hogs with the same 1 3/8 head last year. It's still in my quiver right now.

I have had great experiences with grimm reapers on whitetail but had issues with hogs last season. Only got a couple inches of penetration due to one of the blades breaking upon impact with its shield which caused me to switch SEVR broadheads for hogs.
