    Spot hogg Fast Eddie

Anyone use one or have any opinions on it?

i put the double pin (single pin) scope on my tommy hogg and love it.

i believe the fast eddie is a stripped down, lighter, tommy hogg or close to it.

if i hadn't score a used tommy hogg for a great price i would own one.

I have a Hogg-it, I wonder if it's worth the replacement. I'd like to add the spot Hogg spark to it.

I just got a custom Fast Eddie with a small 3 pin wrap. Waiting on the new bow to come in next week. Seems rugged enough. I don't know why they are worried about the break mechanism with the heavier scopes. It's plenty stout. I like it, but we'll see when I have a few hundred arrows with it.

Are the gears on it plastic? I know they're exposed which makes me wonder about it.

They have a lifetime warranty right? Cabelas has em for 184... but they're the single pin. How exactly does the double pin work since it's fixed?

dial in top pin @ 20 and see where 2nd pin hits.

for me 20 on top pin, 30 half way between and 38 from the bottom pin, your mileage will vary...

i read somewhere the gear is the same as a tommy hogg just exposed. i will try to find the thread i read on the fast eddie...

Yep, gear is filled nylon same as the Tommy Hogg. It's beefy, nothing to worry about there unless you try to grind up rocks with it.
