I’m assuming that y’all havent had much issue with deer/game spooking and changing yardage after you’re at full draw? If so, how is adjusting a single pin to a different yardage on the fly like that?
This is the only reason I haven’t switched to a single pin. If it doesn’t seem to happen much to y’all, or the adjustment on the fly isn’t as big of a pain as I’m thinking, I may make th switch before next season
Depends on your style of hunting really. For stand hunting over a feeder there is no problem at all. For spot and stalk it can be a little dicey, but I use a double pin, set to 20 yards I can shoot my second pin at 31 yards, and with practice, I can shoot confidently out to 35-36 yards without touching the knob.
