    using peep sight at night?

    Trying to kill pigs with green light on feeder , using a external light to illuminate my pins but after drawing back im having trouble seeing my peep sight. What do some of yall do to work around this issue?

    I don't use one just a kisser button and a nose nock for my anchor pnt

        1/4" Glo-Peep. Shine a light on it for a minute inside your cupped hand and it glows for about 45 minutes.

          I'm a short draw so I use a 5/16 peep.

          I have glow tape on my sight. So if I can't see the tape I know I'm not in my peep.

            this is the exact reason i am going to kisser, no peep and a hind sight.

            sitting in the blind at dusk it's very hard to find that little sucker...

              yep, use the biggest peep your most comfortable with and some type of "glow" material around the edges.

                string splitter peep - I use the mini version.

                  Do you think this would help for someone that likes to anchor to the bottom of the sight? Could it be installed upside down? I ask because my vision isn't the best and I see my single pin better when I have less of a centralized focus, like I do when using a traditional peep sight

                    Painted my peep with wife's neon green finger nail polish. Works great for me.

                        Yes, I have seen several people that install it upside down. Notably Jay Gregory - The Wild Outdoors TV is one of those.

                        I do not have the best close vision either. I anchor with kisser button, top curve of the peep on the housing of my single pin sight, then pin on target and squeeze. Blood trails!!!

                          This. I have a glow peep in each of my bows for hunting hogs at night. No problem finding that peep in the dark. And, i've never had any problems with the glow of the peep washing out the sight or sight pins. And I think they are only like $14 each at Elusive Wildlife Technologies. Get one!

                            X2 on the glow peep. The guy who owns it (Shannon) is a stand up guy as well. I've had them on my past 2 bows It will take a few shots for your eye to get used to a different color peep though, at least mine did. But once you get use to it the first time, you're golden pony boy!
