Has anyone else had this and fixed it?

Limb driven and when I pull my string back the rest should raise up. I'm guessing it's somehow spring loaded. But it no longer comes up. At first I thought the string that goes from limb to rest wasn't tight enough but that's not the case. Any thoughts?

Thinking about crushing Viagra up and sprinkling it on there.

Haven't had that problem. You may take the pull string off the rest and work the rest up and down and add a little oil to check the spring. If the spring is gone or broken, they have a lifetime warranty.

Called trophy taker and they explained what happened. Spring just needed to be put back in place. Easy fix with the help of a YouTube video they recommended.
